1. Merchant operations
  • Perform daily operation activities relating to Merchant journey. Including: Online/ Offline onboarding, Offline visit (as request), Offline quality check, etc.
  • Guide merchants to register and submit documents on ZaloPay system
  • Verify merchant’s information and proceed contract
  • Support BD Team or direct negotiations with merchants on integration terms: how to integrate, operate, and make payments
  • Revisit onboarded Merchant frequently to ensure POSM is properly displayed, deliver great experience to merchants and strengthen long-term relationship
  • Collect market intel for better and more agile actions to market changes
2. Merchant support
  • Feedback frequently on process, system, issue
  • Coordinate with internal teams to handle the connection, test the payment flow, handle arising issues and push implementation progress according to the requirements of each project
  • Support testing (user side & merchant side) and guide merchants to perform operations on Merchant Site provided by ZaloPay (Merchant tool) before releasing
  • Follow-up and handle merchant’s requests/ issues

  • Work well under pressure.
  • Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned by management.
